RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return Policy
  • We ensure you have a smooth customer experience with our store. Here at Crare we let you return products within 10 days from the receipt of goods. You can return the purchased item for any of the following reasons:

    1. Wrong product.

    2. Defective product.

    3. Damaged product.

    4. Expired product.

  • We may accept returns for any exceptional cases within 10 days provided Crare authorities find the reasons valid. In case the reason is not considered as valid, then Crare will not be able to accept the returns.

  • We will replace the product returned by the customer in all cases. In-case suitable replacement is not available, then Crare will credit equivalent Inventcash points to the customer’s account.

  • Inventcash points can be used to purchase any other product from Crare store or subscribe to any module in Inventcare.

  • Customer has to ensure that the product to be returned is unused and all the tags, product parts, boxes and packaging are intact before returning.

  • Returns can be initiated by sending mail to support@crare.com or calling the Crare customer care and mentioning the order id and other details.

  • We will arrange for a reverse pick up for the returned product. In-case our logistic partners are not available in your area, you will have to courier through any third party courier service it to the senders address(Vendor address mentioned in the invoice) and intimate the customer care with the Courier Name and Tracking Number.

  • Customer will have to re-send the product for returns within 10 days from the receipt of the product.
